Who I Work With
I work with individuals who are driven, reflective, and growth-oriented, yet find themselves navigating transitions in work, relationships, or identity.
Many experience anxiety, overthinking, or a constant sense of mental pressure, and feel stuck in cycles of perfectionism, burnout, or indecision.
Some identify as neurodivergent—such as ADHD or autism—or resonate with those experiences and want to better understand how their brain and body work.
What We Work On
Therapy is tailored to you, and often includes navigating transitions such as career shifts, relationship changes, or life direction decisions, while building clarity and trust in your choices.
We work to reduce chronic stress, overthinking, and reactivity by supporting your nervous system and helping you learn how to work with your body rather than against it.
We also focus on understanding patterns of procrastination and avoidance, and creating supportive structures that align with how your brain naturally operates. This may include addressing internal pressure by shifting harsh self-talk and “never enough” patterns, and developing more sustainable ways to pursue your goals.
We explore relationships and communication—helping you navigate conflict, set boundaries, and shift recurring dynamics so you can show up more authentically and effectively.
What You Can Expect
Individual therapy offers a space to better understand yourself, work through patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change. This work supports you in navigating transitions with more clarity and self-trust, reducing overwhelm and internal pressure, improving your relationship with yourself and others, and building more sustainable ways of living, working, and relating.
Sessions are collaborative and paced in a way that allows for both depth and integration, so change feels not only insightful, but actually livable.
My approach integrates nervous system and somatic-based practices, cognitive and behavioral tools, and insight and values-based work. This means we’re not just talking about your experiences, we’re building awareness and practical tools that support real, meaningful change in your day-to-day life.
You can expect a collaborative and nonjudgmental space where you feel supported and understood. Together, we focus on practical tools that fit your life, while balancing insight with action. The work is grounded in honoring both your goals and your capacity, so growth feels sustainable rather than overwhelming.
